Code of Conduct
In order to keep our events safe, successful, and as much fun as possible for all involved, players and staff (aka facilitator/moderator/player control/volunteers) are expected to follow our code of conduct. When you attend an event hosted by Midwest Megagames, you hereby agree to respect the rules below. Participants who are unable to meet the expectations outlined may be asked to leave without refund. Gross infractions of this policy as determined by the Lead Moderator may result in revocation of participation in event without refund and without warning.
EXPECTATIONS OF ATTENDEES (BOTH PLAYERS AND STAFF)

to have a professionally facilitated and managed game experience.

to participate as fully as you can within the framework of the game.

to be allowed to make your own choices within the game and its rules.

to be listened to both in and out of the game.

to listen to other attendees both in and out of the game.

a safe friendly environment free of physical, verbal, and emotional harassment.

to not be aggressive, argumentative, racist, sexist, ageist, ableist, transphobic and homophobic in behavior or language.

to respect pronoun choices.

to respect other participants’ property and selves.

to not carry a firearm at the event.

disagreements between players will be resolved by staff.

disagreements between players and staff will be resolved by the Primary Game Host.
Midwest Megagames is committed to fostering, cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Harassment will not be tolerated and will lead to expulsion from the game without refund.
